Universal Charity

Safety

Trust, verification, and beneficiary protection.

Safety is part of the product model: verified requests, role-based access, anonymised public records, and restrictions for suspicious activity.

Verification

Beneficiary submissions and certain account actions may require KYC or admin review before access is granted.

Submitted Wahala requests can be approved or rejected by admins. Repeated rejected submissions may flag an account for review.

Public anonymity

Beneficiary names are anonymised by default in public pages and audit records.

Donor names are also hidden unless the donor opts in to a public display name.

Fraud and abuse controls

The platform can lock, flag, suspend, or block accounts when fraud, abuse, repeated bad submissions, or safety concerns appear.

Payment, KYC, and wallet actions should leave auditable records so support and administrators can review activity.

User caution

Users should not share passwords, verification codes, or private documents outside approved platform flows.

Suspicious messages claiming to represent Universal Charity should be reported through the contact page.
