Universal Charity separates external payment, platform fees, wallet value, and destination support so users can understand each movement of money.
For donors
Donors can browse active Wahala requests, preview the exact donation allocation, and give from a wallet or through a direct gateway flow.
Wallet-funded giving does not charge another platform fee because the fee was already charged when external money entered the wallet.
For beneficiaries
Beneficiaries create an account, complete required checks, and submit Wahala requests with supporting information.
Approved requests appear publicly with anonymised beneficiary names unless the beneficiary chooses otherwise.
For sponsors and vault users
Guest sponsors can choose a ring-fenced category and create a one-time checkout without registering.
Vault users can see available items. Funding adds stock; claiming reduces stock and requires an authenticated account.
