Accessibility
Accessibility commitment.
Universal Charity should be usable by donors, beneficiaries, sponsors, and administrators across devices and abilities.
Our target
The MVP should aim for clear structure, keyboard-friendly controls, readable text, sufficient contrast, visible focus states, and helpful error messages.
WCAG 2.2 is the current reference point for web accessibility practices used by the project.
Current approach
Pages use semantic headings, ordinary links and buttons, form labels, responsive layouts, and text-first content.
Interactive flows should avoid relying on color alone and should provide plain-language success or error messages.
Support
If a user cannot access a feature, they should contact support with the page, device, browser, and action they were trying to complete.
Accessibility feedback should be treated as product-critical, not cosmetic.
